The Cat in Red Boots (re-run)

Ah-Yip’s life has always revolved solely around his mother, but an accidental opportunity leads him to experience something he had never imagined. He longs to know the reason behind his parents' separation. With Christmas just around the corner, longing becomes an even stronger driving force. As curiosity about his father grows, finding him becomes Ah-Yip's ultimate dream. Searching high and low, he finally finds his father's cat—yet how can a cat that cannot speak reveal his father's whereabouts? And that is precisely where the magic begins...

Can two people who once loved each other deeply meet again, rediscover one another, and fall in love all over again?

Under the Hong Kong night sky, on a snowy Christmas Eve, another miracle unfolds!

The Cat in Red Boots is a brand-new original local musical by Windmill Grass Theatre, following their previous acclaimed productions I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change! and Pine Tree under the Moon. Its premiere run last August spanned nine sold-out performances. Driven by a commitment to excellence, this re-run features an even more compelling storyline and refined theatrical pacing. Joining hands with local musical theatre talents, Windmill Grass Theatre invites you to share in a magical journey of love and hope.
