Youth Theatre 2012 - Catch Him If You Can [In Cantonese]
Windmill Grass Theatre adopts a "Training First, Performance Second" community arts outreach model, allowing young people to experience the professional production process of theatre. This year, we have recruited over 20 students who will work together day and night during the summer, standing shoulder to shoulder, to present Youth Theatre 2012 – Catch him if you can, and share the fruits of their learning!
Synopsis:
Cham Kee Grocery Store's young owner, Chow Cham, has had no father since he was little, leaving him with only a faint memory of him – a man who was a master on wheels. Riding his motorcycle, he delivered firewood, rice, oil, salt, soy sauce, vinegar, and tea to the residents of Sha Tin District, charming all the housewives in the area. He was known as "Cycling Legend".
Strangely, there have been several burglary cases in Kau To Shan recently, and all witnesses unanimously claim the culprit is the legendary "Cycling Legend" from back in the day. So, Chow Cham and a few friends set out to find the "Cycling Legend", riding their bicycles all over Sha Tin, playing a game of hide-and-seek with him. Getting up close with the Cycling Legend, some get lost, some blame themselves, some give up, some get chased away, and some begin to doubt their own identity...
While they search for the "Cycling Legend", can they also find "themselves"?
